The SRMUN Atlanta 2024 room rate starts at $180.00 per night plus tax. For the Hyatt Regency, a reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Once the block has been filled, room rates may increase. Schools may pay by check, but it must be received by the hotel no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or revisions must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. The hotel can provide invoices upon request. Valet parking is available for $55 a day.
Please note there is no self-parking available at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
Any schools with special needs students who require handicapped accessible rooms or any other special accommodations should book their hotel rooms through the online booking system and indicate that they will require a handicapped accessible room. Please note in the comments what accommodations you will need in your room (i.e. wider doorway entry, roll-in showers, etc.), and be as specific as possible.
